Title: Administrative Assistant

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00/hr DOE

Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday

Location: Denver, CO

What you will do:

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, memos, and presentations.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events, including arranging for necessary equipment and catering.

  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Assist with the preparation of reports and other documents as needed.

  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary.

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

  • Provide general support to visitors and act as a point of contact for internal and external clients.

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases.

  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

  • Ensure the office is tidy, organized, and well-maintained.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office administrator, or similar role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer service-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, fax machines, and scanners.

  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures is a plus.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
