Position Overview:

As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role on our Consulting Team, providing expertise in financial reporting, analysis, and strategic decision-making with our clients. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to the overall financial strength with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities

• Perform variance analysis and provide insights to management

• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency

• Stay updated on accounting regulations and ensure compliance with GAAP

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• CPA certification preferred

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting roles

• Extensive experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, etc.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
