Job Summary
The Solutions Architect – M365 will analyze, design, and implement Microsoft endpoint management solutions and related products for our company’s end customers and partners. They will also serve as the technical lead in installing,configuringand upgrading services within our customers’ and partners’ environments.
This position is a remote position with Home Office setup asdeterminedby SHI management.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the design and implementation of Microsoft Intune device management solutionsandrelated technologies based on customer requirements including:
Microsoft Intune
Windows, macOS, mobiledeployment
Apple Automatic Device Enrollment
Android Zero Touch
Autopilot
Manual enrollment scenarios
Post-deployment configuration
Application packaging and deployment
Certificate deployment (SCEP)
Security baselines and standards (Microsoft, CIS, etc.)
Script creation and deployment
Bash
PowerShell
Batch
VBS
Device troubleshooting
Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
Co-management enablement
Workload migration to Microsoft Intune
Entra ID
Conditional access
User and device groups
Roles and permissions
App registration
Microsoft Active Directory
Entra Hybrid Join
Group policy creation and migration
Organizational units and groups
Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services
Device and user-based certificate issuance
Network device enrollment service (NDES)
Additionalthird-party MDM and agent-based device management tools
Migration from other tools to Intune
Microsoft 365
Plan, manage, and troubleshoot Office software deployments
Configure Office software updates
Develop detailed documentation analyzing customer and partner environments andidentifyingareas of opportunity that can be resolved via Intune endpoint management.
Create technical roadmaps and design documents for Microsoft Intune implementations.
Execute implementation plans and configure customer and partner environments according to design specifications.
Serve as a technical lead and subject matter expert on projects and workshops, overseeing the work of other project team members and being accountable for the outcome of the project.
Collaborate with other Microsoft delivery teams on projects involving other workstreams such mail migrations and security implementations.
Document best practices related to technology and processes for future reference by delivery team members.
Collaborate with sales team inidentifyingand closing opportunities through customer discovery and scoping meetings and presentations.
Qualifications
Completed Bachelor’s, Technical degree or related work experience in Computer Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5 years of technical experience with increasing responsibility
Minimum 3 years’ experience designing implementing and integrating Microsoft Endpoint Management technology
Minimum 3 years’ experience working with and migrating Microsoft Endpoint Management technology
Minimum 3 years of experience developing and executing scripts for automation and deployment

Additional Information
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $110,000 - $180,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
