\ \ Responsibilities\ \

We\'re Hiring! Revolution is looking for a PCR Material Handler for its Little Rock, AR location. This position offers growth opportunities in a stable and safe work environment.

• Assume responsibility for the finished product.
• Must be willing and able to guide, teach, and direct co-workers that are assigned to assist.
• Know packing materials and procedures.
• Distinguish between acceptable and unacceptable products.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Operate Fork Lift
• Fill Silos as well as maintain levels, maintenance, and unload railcars
• Fill boxes from box loader.
• Run Starlinger and Pumping equipment
• Load and unload trailers.
• Track lot and PO numbers
• Promote and implement our Core Values daily.
• All other duties assigned by Supervisor.

\ \ Qualifications\ \

• Ability to read and understand instructions
• Make continuous efforts to improve the quality of the product.
• Must be flexible and willing to work on special projects
• Ability to perform well in a customer driven, safety conscious organization.
• Work 5 days a week 10 hours a day
• Ability to communicate well with all team members, both in operations and support teams.
• Basic Computer skills
• Experience in an industrial environmental
• Material Handling skills
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment
