Job Description
As an Oracle SCM Functional specialist, you will be working both at offshore and onshore client engagements which involves implementation of Oracle Cloud WMS solutions and integrating it with other cloud SCM modules. You will be interacting with the customer to understand their business processes and map them to optimal WMS solution. While doing so integration of it with other SCM Cloud and understanding of other SCM Cloud Modules like Cloud Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Planning, PDH would be preferred.
An experienced consulting professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects. Also having the prior implementation experience in complex Cloud WMS application implementation covering integration of it with other Cloud SCM modules. Specific Skills expectations are –
Functional experience in configuring the Oracle WMS Cloud application Inbound shipments and outbound shipments.
Inbound Process - Inbound shipments, checking in load, appointments, receiving options, putaway rules.
Outbound Process - Outbound orders, wave picking, packing, pack with wave, outbound, LTL load management, Cross Docking
Understanding integration between Fusion Order Management, Order Shipping, Inventory Management, Procurement
Understanding of Facility, item master configurations
Should have worked on Data Conversion on WMS Objects
Should have knowledge on Oracle Cloud Best Practices
Should have conducted client Workshops/Solution Designing and Configuration on the module.
Should have worked on integration between RF devices / Mobile devices
8 - 10 years of experience relevant to this position including consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
Key Experience:
Overall, 8 to 10 Years’ experience with 6+ years Consulting, Solutioning, Support & Implementation experience in Cloud WMS application.
Expertise in Cloud WMS and at least two Fusion SCM modules (Fusion Product Data Hub, Fusion Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management) is essential.
Minimum 2 End-to-End Implementation experience in Oracle Cloud WMS.• Excellent Communication & Client Handling skills.
Ability to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities
As an Oracle WMS Functional specialist, you will be working both at client engagements which involves implementation of Oracle Cloud WMS application and integrating it with other Cloud SCM modules.
You will be interacting with the customer to understand their business processes and map them to Oracle WMS Cloud application including inbound and outbound shipments and integration with other SCM Cloud Modules
You will be responsible for successful solution, tools and accelerator development for faster and consistent implementation of Cloud WMS solutions across the customers.
You will be responsible for successful implementation of the solution at the customer site. Could be involved in System testing, Business Object testing as well as supporting the customer through User Acceptance Testing and Postproduction phase.

US: Hiring Range: from $37.98 to $76.06 per hour; from $79,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
