Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to perform mechanical repairs on conveyor, bottling, and packaging systems. You will be responsible for motor changes, troubleshooting and diagnosing faults, changing drives and belts, gear boxes, and performing preventative maintenance. Your primary role will involve fielding service calls throughout the facility to diagnose and troubleshoot issues such as machine stoppages, bad cylinders, photo eye malfunctions, and chain replacements.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Work Environment

Standard Shifts - 2nd (3pm-11pm) OR 3rd (11pm-7am). Expect to be on 1st shift (4-6 weeks) before transitioning to your actual shift. The work environment is a standard food environment, cold throughout most of the facility but not unbearable. The facility is very organized, with significant investments made in the last 5 years, including new conveyor systems, blow molding lines, and packaging lines.
