TheBuilding Maintenance Tech IV (Plumber)responds to daily work orders, performs general building repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance in and around the Airport facility. Must be able to perform skilled work, at a journeyman\'s level of experience,on valves, drains, basins, fixtures, sinks, low pressure boiler, and other plumbing fixtures.

Requires a minimum 4 years of training and/or work experience that clearly demonstrates a competency level required to perform all required duties with minimum supervision. Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record history is required.State license or Journeyman-level certification is required.
