Job Title: Avionics Installer

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Avionics Installer, where you will be responsible for the modification, repair, and installation of wire bundles at partner sites. Your duties will include reading work orders, diagrams, form boards, and wire lists to determine the materials required and the sequence of assembly. You will rework various components, route wires of different types including gage, coax, quadrax, shielded, and twisted. Additionally, you will perform electrical tests, assist in training other technicians, complete necessary paperwork, and install wire harnesses while reading blueprints and repairing bundles.

Hard Skills

  • Reading technical diagrams and wire lists

  • Experience with gage, coax, quadrax, shielded, and twisted wires

  • Proficiency with Daniels crimper

  • Ability to perform electrical tests

  • Experience in wire harness installation and bundle repair

Soft Skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to follow complex instructions

  • Training and mentoring other technicians

  • Effective communication skills

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Work Environment

You will be working in climate-controlled hangars as part of the aircraft production team for Dassault Falcon Jet. The standard work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with additional hours on Fridays and Saturdays as needed to manage the high volume of aircraft production.
