Description We are looking for an adept Customer Service Representative to join our team in Little Ferry, New Jersey. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support, handling inbound calls, and managing sales support. This position offers a contract-to-hire employment opportunity, providing a dynamic work environment where you can utilize your skills in data entry, email correspondence, and Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls and emails

• Enter sales orders into the Macola system with accuracy

• Provide support to the sales team as needed

• Perform data entry tasks and maintain customer records

• Schedule appointments as required by the team

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally

• Use Microsoft Excel and Word for various administrative tasks

• Provide exceptional customer service at all times

• Provide support in the order entry process. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner

• Experience in a call center customer service role

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer queries promptly

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and professionally

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and documentation

• Experience in order entry processes and systems

• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and accurately

• Knowledge of Macola software would be advantageous

• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in related fields would be a plus.
