Job Duties: Responsible for a variety of engineering projects associated with the design and acquisition/installation of manufacturing lines and process equipment used in the mixing and filling of Johnson & Johnson consumer products. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific local projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Provide technical leadership in process control and project management of large projects from conceptual stage through construction management and start up. Secure appropriate internal and external resources, and coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. Work at an advanced technical expertise level involving planning, development and design of equipment and processes that support new products, process improvements and risk management. Lead project teams through FPX methodology to install, develop models, and release technology for commercial batches. Utilize a wide range of engineering principles to lead technical teams in developing, implementing, and maintaining the project lifecycle roadmap in support of specific projects. Act as advocate for Innovation and continuous improvement of technology in partnership with Global Platforms and COE's. Serve as technical expert regarding changes/improvements/CIPs and sustainability. Project support includes overall design, design for manufacturing, test method development, and product verification and validation testing. Manage project budgets and resource allocation. Adhere to environmental policy and procedures and support department environmental objectives. Present projects and scope to leadership to align project capital and scope. Manage engineering projects including micro risk, process safety, automation, expansion of plant capacity, efficiency improvement in processes and equipment, cost reduction, new products, and technological renovation. Identify, recommend and execute the best enterprise business solutions/propositions across Product Development, Supply Chain and Commercial.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Project Manager, Liquids-related occupation.
