Job Title: Replenish Lead
Job Description
The Replenish Lead will ensure inventory is optimally located, replenished efficiently, and processed in a timely and safe manner by following established procedures. Responsibilities include leading and training associates, regularly communicating with the Department Manager, creating and monitoring key KPIs, and effectively coaching and leading the team. The role involves clear communication within the department and with other departments to correct process breakdowns and ensure quality. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a solid understanding of logistics. Additional duties include providing performance feedback, executing warehouse plans, processing commercial invoicing and documents, and adhering to tight deadlines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must have at least 1-3 years of lead experience in a warehouse environment
Minimum 2-year experience with standup forklifts
Must have at least 1 year of international shipping experience
Must be proficient with Microsoft office programs- including Excel
Knowledge of various import regulations and rules
Must be willing to pivot and handle changes well
Must be detailed oriented and organized
Must have excellent leadership communication with team
Strong collaborator

Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Litchfield Park, Arizona.
Work Environment
Climate controlled Distribution Center (DC), Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm. Hands-on role typically working from the warehouse floor using a mobile workstation
