Lead Position available. Simos is looking for a qualified lead to assist with leading a team of 50 associates. This position requires maturity, strong leadership skills, ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written, and have ability to motivate others. Lead will require forklift certification and be able to operate multiple FL. This is a second shift position with hours in the range of 12:30pm to 9:00pm. Compensation is $21.50 per hour. • Requires physical movement to various location inside the warehouse

• Able to use RF scanner

• Requires some computer skills (daily reporting)
