Job Description

  1. Conduct high number of phone interviews to assess minimum qualifications and basic communication skills of applicants.

  2. Meet the set daily and weekly quota for number of phone interview passers to be processed for the next recruitment stage – Minimum 75 Screens a week

  3. Input necessary and accurate information in process trackers and the applicant database in a timely manner.

  4. Monitor online resume databases and other resources.

  5. Attend team meetings and calibration sessions with the recruitment consultants

  6. Other duties as assigned

  1. Must be comfortable placing and receiving a high number of outbound calls - talking with people 8 hours a day through the phone

  2. Good communication skills

  3. Able to multi-task and process large volumes of transactions (phone interviews and reports)

  4. Planning and organizing skills
