Our historically family owned manufacturing client who now benefits from being acquired by the 2nd largest privately held company in the country, is looking for a full time Marketing Communications Specialist!\ \ The role is hybrid, 2 days a week onsite in the western suburbs. Metra accessible!\ \ The Marketing Communication Specialist will join the Content Team to assist in managing content for 4 business units.\ \ The Marketing Communication Specialist will be responsible for:\ - Interviewing product managers to get key product information including technical information, markets and key applications\ - Creating unique content to live in the central product information PPT to be used for application briefs, blogs, web copy, distributor info, data sheet, FAQs\ - Collaborating with teammates for edits and revisioning\ \ Deliverables include: product release ppts, blogs, short form copy, social posts, training scripts\ \ The ideal Marketing Communications Specialist will have:\ - Solid writing background, ideally within B2B\ - Comfortable with project management and editing\ - Ability to interface with technical SMEs to gather information\ - Bonus: Technical writing background, Wrike experience\ \ This role comes with 3 weeks of vacation, 401K with matching and other great benefits!\ \ #LI-RB1\ \ Benefits include great medical, dental, vision, life insurance and disability coverage. 401k matching, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, life insurance and disability coverage.
