Robert Half Technology is seeking a Level 1 Help Desk Analyst to provide support for a reputable client's remote end users. In this role, you will independently investigate and resolve technical issues pertaining to the company's proprietary hardware/software, and troubleshoot basic network issues. If you have over 1 year of related experience and a knack for explaining complex technical information to non-technical users, this may be the role for you! Major responsibilities - Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues - Manage correspondences on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and the company ticketing system - Diagnose recurring technical issues and implement solutions to address the root of the problems - Offer IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally
