岗位职责 Responsibilities:

1 、负责主持生产部的日常管理,组织并督促部门人员完成本部门职责范围内的各项工作任务;

To be Responsible for the daily management of the production department, organize and supervise

the department personnel to complete various tasks within the scope of the department's

responsibilities.

2 、贯彻落实本部门岗位责任制和工作标准,密切与公司其它部门的工作联系,加强与有关部门的协调配合工作;

To implement the post responsibility system and work standards of the department, closely work

with other departments of the company, and strengthen coordination and cooperation with

relevant departments.

3 、负责组织生产、设备、安全检查、环保、生产统计等管理制度的拟定、修改、检查、监督、控制及实施;

To be responsible for organizing the formulation, modification, inspection, supervision,

control and implementation of management systems such as production, equipment, safety

inspection, environmental protection, and production statistics.

4 、负责对本部门年、月度生产计划的组织实施、检查、协调、考核;

To be responsible for the organization, implementation, inspection, coordination and

assessment of the department's annual and monthly production plans.

5 、配合技术、工艺部门技术管理标准、生产工艺流程、新产品开发方案审定工作,及时安排、组织试生产,不断提高公司的市场竞争力;

To cooperate with the technical management standards, production process and new product

development plan approval of the R&D and Engineering departments, arrange and organize trial production in a timely manner, and continuously improve the company's market competitiveness.

6 、负责抓安全生产、现场管理、劳动防护、环境保护专项工作;

To be responsible for the special work of safety production, on-site management, labor

protection and environmental protection.

7、 科学的平衡综合生产能力,合理安排生产,节约能源,节约产品制造费用,降低生产成本;

To balance the comprehensive production capacity scientifically, arrange production reasonably, save energy, save product manufacturing costs, and reduce production costs.

8 、负责拟定本部门的工作目标、工作计划,及时组织实施、指导、协调、检查、监督和控制;

To be r esponsible for formulating the work objectives and work plans of the department, and organiz e the implementation for guidance, coordination, inspection, supervision and control in a timely manner .

9、 负责做好生产统计核算基础工作,重视生产用原始记录、台账、报表管理工作,及时编制上报年、月度生产、设备等有关统计报表;

To be r esponsible for the basic work of production statistics and accounting, p ay a ttention t o the management of original records, ledgers and reports for production, and timely compile and report annual and monthly production, equipment and other relevant statistical reports .

10 、负责组织本部门各生产各职能部门的生产协调会和各类培训工作,确保产品订单的按期交付,力争公司生产任务全面、超额完成;

To be r esponsible for organizing the production coordination meeting and various training work of each production department and various functional departments to ensure the timely delivery of product orders, and strive to fully and over-complete the company's production tasks .

11、 上级领导安排的其它工作。 Other work arranged by Line manager .

任职要求 Qualifications :

1、 管理、机械等相关行业大专以上学历;

College degree or above in management, mechanical and other related industries, preferred come from hardware

2、5 年以上生产管理工作经验;具备生产管理等相关方面的培训或工作经历,五金行业优先

More than 5 years of production management experience; Have training or work experience in pr oduction m anagement and other related aspects .

3、熟悉ISO9000质量管理体系;了解ISO9000质量体系在企业的运作方法;

To be f amiliar with ISO9000 quality management system; Understand how ISO9000 quality system works in an enterprise .

4、 了解工厂产品工艺流程;了解和掌握生产管理基本内容;

To Understand the process flow of factory products , Understand and master the basic content of production management.

5、 熟练使用英语(至少读写);熟练操作OFFICE办公软件。

English language preferred (at least reading and writing), Proficient in O ffice software.
