WHAT YOU WILL DO

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. During this program you will develop cybersecurity skills required to protect Amgen’s ability to serve patients.

• Gain hands-on experience with different operating systems, networking concepts, cloud infrastructure, databases, and security tools.

• Understand common cybersecurity concepts, threats, vulnerabilities, security architecture, and frameworks.

• Develop configuration and administration skills forIntrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)

• Train an ability to identify patterns and investigate irregularities in an enterprise network.

• Pursuing or have a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of computer networks, operating systems, and security infrastructure.

• Awareness of fundamental cybersecurity principles and practices like risk analysis.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
