PagerDuty is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to help design and implement a world-class, global network. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will help design, build, and support PagerDuty’s growing enterprise application environment – ensuring availability, reliability, and security for our users and critical business data.

Together with the other members of the enterprise applications team, you will have the opportunity to re-define how PagerDuty, designs, builds, and maintains a growing suite of applications around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders and produce managers to conceptualize, develop, interpret, and analyze requirements to align business process efficiencies and improvements with system functionality, and ensure the accuracy of information feeding into the CRM systems.

  • Maintain and continuously improve Lead to Order enabled with Salesforce, Zuora, CPQ, SpringCM, Marketo, DocuSign and any other related sales & procurement enterprise applications.

  • Prepares documentation for system enhancements and customization, provides training and leadership to super-users, and manages user security.

  • Implement process improvements and automations to optimize operational and support processes.

  • Interface on a day-to-day basis with other business users, engineers, QA, and TechOps managers to support business operations.

  • Work closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Management on inter-related projects and initiatives and inform team members on product enhancement and changes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong technical knowledge and experience with Salesforce.com

  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills

  • 3+ years of Business System Analysis or Salesforce Administration in a high-growth technology company

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail required

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification

  • 1-2 years experience with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce CPQ Certification preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred 1+ year experience with Agile Methodology

  • Ability to work cross-functionally, with multiple teams and stakeholders

  • Self-starter, reliable team player with ability to deliver projects on-time

  • Ability to thrive in high-intensity, rapidly changing environment, and to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency
