Title and Summary

Salesforce Admin

Overview:

As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a vital role at Dynamic Yield by Mastercard. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us, therefore a Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and a desire to keep learning. A Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes in order to translate them into technical solutions.

Don’t forget:

A Salesforce Administrator will work alongside several other Admins across Europe and the US, reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations. There will be the opportunity to shadow more experienced members of the team as you work towards Salesforce certifications.

Responsibilities

This is a varied business facing role, with the following responsibilities:

All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups

User support tickets

Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders

Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports

Monitor user adoption

User training and creating training materials.

Qualifications and Background

Required:

Salesforce product knowledge and 18 months hands-on administration experience with Sales Cloud.

Trailhead Badges/Super Badges

Desirable:

Certified Salesforce Administrator**

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Required:

A proactive attitude to platform enhancements

A desire to implement best practice solutions

Available and responsive to questions

Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

Gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions

Training users and creating training materials

Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)

Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports

Desirable:

Demonstrates enthusiasm towards continued personal/professional development

Active in the Salesforce community
