What you willdo in this role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Assist viewersthrough phone and/or chat regarding their inquiries in German

• Provide technicalsupport and troubleshooting for hardware (e.g., card readers) and softwareissues.

• Guide customersthrough the setup and usage of mPOS systems.

• Provide accurateand real-time answers to viewers’ inquiries Contribute to creating brandengagement for our clients

Yourqualifications

• Have a high levelof German (written and oral)and fluent in English (B2)

• Havefamiliarity/aptitude with smart electronic devices

• Have proficientPC skills

• Have excellentcommunication skills (ability to communicate technical issues innon-technical terms)
