Title: Junior Color Chemist/R&D Chemist

Location: Linden, NJ

Schedule: M-F 8:30 AM- 4:30 PM

Type: Contract to Hire

Requirements:

• Associate Degree or BS in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering

• At least 1 year of lab experience in developing color solvent based lacquer formulations or color cosmetics.

• Experience in developing new formulations and optimizing formulations with effect pigments, pearlescent pigments, absorption pigments

• Follows instructions and quick learner.

• Able to communicate effectively in English

• Versed in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word and Email.

  Nice to Have:

• Experience in working in lab R&D environment

• Adept in Evaluating new Raw materials in model formulations

• Curious and think outside box.
