For our NBS Lisbon we are currently looking for trainees in two of our main areas: New Services (NS) and Consumer Engagement Services (CES). This is an amazing opportunity to have a hands-on experience and to quick start your professional career in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

This is a one-year experience with a lot of engagement and dedication from our teams, mentors, and coaches inside the center with you.

A day in the life of...

New Services Trainee

• Project Management: support the teams and markets with the implementation of projects, helping with analysis of risks, hypothesis, helping with training material and adopting different methodologies

• Business Analytics: help the analysis of consumer behavior, data breakdown, support the teams and stakeholders in decision making

Consumer Engagement Services Trainee

• Learn about data analysis, methodologies, creation of reports and dashboard, support the preparation of presentations for the stakeholders and make part of continuous improvement processes

What will make you successful

• Being a recent graduate student with a bachelor’s degree in Management, Information Management, Economy, Business Analytics, Information Systems and Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Management, Project Management, Logistics, Marketing

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written);

• Eligible for an IEFP internship;

• Available to start in September 2024;

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods;

• Willing to join a multicultural environment;

• Customer and result focus
