Position Summary

As a Consumer Data Specialist you will support Markets & Categories in maintaining and enriching the first party data collection by performing several activities on Nestle global solution - CIAM. CIAM is a digital product that helps Nestlé brands worldwide to capture consumer data form our owned websites or from other external systems (legacy, partners, promotion platforms...) supporting Personalization@Scale in a user friendly, secure & compliant way, enabling consumers to engage and manage preferences (opt-in). Help the markets in the daily extraction of the consumer data, data exports & data imports, data accuracy & data retention activities. This Specialist creates and distributes regular performance reports/best practices outline, proposing actions to key stakeholders.

A day in the life of...

• Ensure data quality

• Triage and prioritize multiple concurrent requests effectively

• Query Consumer Database based on a business needs

• Import data from different data source and format (e.g. JSON, csv…) based on a business needs

• Set up proper database governance and documentation for each market repository

• Coordinate activities with solutions linked to CIAM (e.g. CRM)

What will make you successful

• 1 to 3 years experience in database, website, digital marketing or eBusiness areas ideally in a large FMCG company.

• Experience with SAP CDC (previously Gigya) is a strong plus

• Working experience with JSON files

• Experience on Jira and Confluence software

• Proficient in Python programming language

• Experience with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB)

• Familiarity with web servers, and CMS (ideally Drupal and Magento platforms).

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written);

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods;

• Willing to join a multicultural environment;

• Good analytics skills
