Your mission will be to work in Brand Management of all Teens Brands (Kit Kat; Lion; Crunch & Golden Grahams) with a Focus on Lion & Kit Kat Cereals, and to implement local Digital and Social Strategy with the main purpose to contribute to reinforce Nestle Cereals as a leading player in leveraging digital & social media. This person will report directly to the Nestle Cereals Business Lead but work very closely with the Senior Brand manager responsible for all Kids & Teens Brands

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BRAND MANAGER TEENS & DIGITAL

Brand Management Teens Brands

  • Responsible for Teens Brands: Kit Kat; Lion; Crunch & Golden Grahams, with a Strong Focus on LION & Kit kat Cereals;

  • Implement Annual Brand Strategy: Pack, Price, Promotion, Distribution and Communication;

  • Lead, Implement and Follow Up of all Marketing Activities (Media, POS Material; Brand Activations; Packaging Development);

  • Coordinate with CDT and KAM's all Instore activations and Trade Activities related to these brands;

  • Evaluate all key Marketing Initiatives;

  • Coordinate with Iberian and Global teams on Brand Strategy; Innovation, Communication Materials and Key Activations;

  • Coordinate and align all activities with Senior Brand Manager Kids & Teens.

Digital Champion

  • Implement Digital and Social Strategy at local level aligned with CPW Global guidelines for Key brands;

  • Support Brands via digital activities, influencers and new media, creating engaging experiences to consumers, consistent with brand strategy;

  • Support marketing team in the development and implementation of Influencers Strategy & Activities;

  • Be the digital expert at CPW and lead the implementation of common projects at local level/Business;

  • Share good practices (int and external) and ideas to improve digital approach;

  • Websites/social: support mkg, agencies, optimization, insight, compliance, technical support via CPW/NIM;

  • Social media content planning: Manage editorial calendars for all social media platforms (implemented by SAC); Partner with global marketing team to plan social media elements of brand marketing strategies and campaigns.
