Job Description

BOSCH is currently seeking multiple Production Operators for their production facility in Lincolnton, NC. These are Direct Hire , and Full-Time with Excellent Pay and Benefits .

Operator rates start at $19.22/hr plus $1.50 applicable shift premium with progression up to $26.00hr plus shift premium.

Available shifts include :

• 2nd Shift (2:30pm-10:30pm)

• 3rd Shift (10:30pm to 6:30am)

Job Requirements:

• Operate production equipment and follow product and quality instructions, blueprints, diagrams, etc.

• Meet daily production goals and understand cycle time requirements

• Follow plant safety and environmental policies, and keep work areas clean and orderly

• Perform and maintain accurate finished goods traceability

• Escalate concerns for safety, material, technical, and quality issues

• Make workstation adjustments, including tool and fixture changes, to facilitate product changeover, as required

Qualifications

Must be eligible to work in the US without VISA sponsorship from Bosch

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• at least 1 year manufacturing experience within the last 5 years

• Stable work history

• Available to work off shifts

• Available to work overtime as required

• Able to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with leaders and co-workers
