The Sr. Manager, Financial Systems will lead the evaluation, design recommendation and implementation of strategic and tactical solutions to improve financial systems and end-to-end processes. Directly manage the staff of Financial Systems Analysts, Advisors, and/or Managers. Lead all phases of complex global projects including concept, design, development, testing, implementation and support. Lead project review analysis, design, and deliver training, and direct change adoption activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly manages a team of analysts in the successful implementation of Finance related systems projects

  • Coaches and mentors direct and indirect staff to ensure high levels of performance

  • Leads the implementation of complex system related process improvements within the global Finance organization

  • Responsible for driving business policy decisions necessary to support system solutions

  • Fosters cross functional collaboration at all levels of the organization to accelerate business value and promote operational efficiency

  • Directs change adoption in a global environment with multi cultures

  • Fosters teamwork and collaboration within the project environment to allow innovation to thrive

  • Leads staff in meeting project deliverables and deadlines and act as a point of escalation for issue resolution

  • Acts as subject matter expert on technology trends and new products; attend conferences, review technical publications, and maintain relationships with associations and trade groups

  • Supports development of training plans and ensures training is delivered to user community prior to solution enablement

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field required

  • 12+ years’ experience including 5 years business systems analysis and/operational accounting experience, with 2+ years leading global cross functional business initiatives

  • Management experience with the ability to hire, coach, and performance manage direct reports

  • Experience implementing finance related ERP applications

  • Must be able to work hybrid schedule in Lincolnshire, IL. (3 days in office, 2 remote)

  • Orace ERP Order-Cash experience

  • 10% annual travel including international travel

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expert understanding of end-to-end business processes and using Agile business process improvement methodologies

  • Expert problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively research complex issues, determine root cause, and recommend solutions

Salary: USD 133000.00 - USD 199400.00 Yearly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
