$24/hr - $27/hr

This client is a well known bank hiring a Client Solutions Specialist to work in their call center. You will be an expert on financials solutions by handling service requests and sales opportunities. You'll be working closely with clients and customers resolving financial needs and inquires.

This is a long term contract position that is onsite in Lincoln, Rhode Island. There is a training period at the start of this job. Both 1st and 2nd shifts are available. Required Skills & Experience

  • Ability to engage with clients and building rapport

  • Customer services skills

  • Willingness to learn new technology and processes

  • Intermediate computer skills

  • Bilingual: English and Spanish

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in a call center

  • Experience working in the financial services/banking industry
