Pearson Strategic Initiatives Support Analyst in Lincoln, Nebraska

At Evaluation Systems of Pearson, we help design and deploy educator workforce solutions, so every learner has capable educators. We offer dynamic educator credentialing and performance assessment solutions that ensure teachers are ready for the classroom on day one. Our Strategic Execution team is growing and we need a skilled and thoughtful analyst to join our team.

Our Strategic Initiatives Support Analyst will support the Special Projects, Strategic Execution Manager. Although this is an internal highly collaborative role, the expectation and accountability measure of this role is to elevate the awareness of Evaluation Systems in the teacher licensure space. The Analyst will work closely with the Strategic Execution Manager; business development and field sales teams; and design and content teams. This work moves quickly, and the Analyst will have multiple projects in process at all times. Below is a description of activities the Analyst can expect in the role.

Social Media

  • Manage LinkedIn content calendar.

  • Manage bi-weekly social media messaging and posting.

  • Plan and execute campaigns to promote products and services.

  • Drive engagement with leaders and customers across all platforms, create an online community.

  • Define and report KPIs.

  • Continue to innovate new ways to leverage social media.

Thought Leadership and Strategy

  • Lead product thought leadership strategy and logistics (e.g., how do we build D2C pipeline, how do we market new/emerging products).

  • Own ES website, i.e., updates, new content, functionality, act as developer POC.

  • Own all aspects of ES’s external presence including: flyers, presentation decks, one-pagers, and other items as requested.

  • Ensure all assets are on brand, to product specifications, and in “one voice” and “one brand.”

Sales Support & New Sales

  • Support the Business Development team.

  • Partner with leaders to develop new sales channels.

  • Assist in preparing collateral packages for client visits.

  • Provide conference/event support; logistics/coordination, set up/breakdown, materials and vendor orders, etc.

  • Continually design/re-design, update, and restructure all ES thought leadership assets.

  • Maintain collateral library, i.e., intuitive organizational structure, and active and accurate content, retire/archive collateral as needed.

  • Create product sales packages w/flyer/deck/banner/emails/socials.

  • Create thought leadership/flyer/email/socials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Social media/email marketing experience required

  • Superior communication and collaboration skills

  • Creative and resourceful self-starter

  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role

  • Experience in assessment or education is a plus

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York State, New York City, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:

The minimum full-time salary range is between $60,000-70,000.
