As an Oracle Health Senior Field Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and driving omni-channel marketing campaigns to support customer collaboration and adoption. The Senior Field Marketer will collaborate with the regional sales and business leadership, corporate marketing, and communications teams to plan campaigns and measure demand generation to grow sales pipeline and revenue. This position is on the Oracle Health and Life Sciences Field Marketing Team and will work alongside other field marketers and product teams.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (including business leaders, sales, and product managers) to develop and execute line of business (LOB) campaign strategies in alignment with sales and revenue objectives.

  • Develop and manage cross-functional campaign planning, development, execution, and optimization across multiple marketing channels, including communications, events, tradeshows, online and digital advertising and lead generation.

  • Create marketing campaign content to drive awareness and promote action throughout the customer buying journey.

  • Evaluate customer and prospect engagement within marketing campaigns.

  • Review the performance of marketing campaign, measuring success and reporting on outcomes.

  • Knowledgeable on the lead flow process to ensure proper follow-up on marketing activities.

  • Manage budget and spend activity.

  • Provide onsite execution support for marketing programs and events, as needed.

  • Participate in regular go-to-market meetings to understand market strategies and performance alongside sales and operations team members.

Qualifications:

At least 8 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education including:

  • At least 2 years of field marketing , product management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or other marketing or HCIT solution work experience.

  • At least 6 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, healthcare administration or related field of study:

  • At least one year healthcare marketing experience

  • At least 1 year experience with market and product strategy

  • At least 1 year direct to consumer technology or software experience

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
