The East Campus Starbucks Assistant Manager is an integral member of the Starbucks Team. This position will:

  • Assist the Starbucks store manager in executing store operations, administrative maintenance, store scheduling, and oversee operational supply ordering.
  • Help to drive an operation that provides a safe and inviting atmosphere.
  • Provide and train others in high-quality customer service and Starbucks policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that customer orders are accurate and meet all University Dining and Starbucks corporate standards.
  • Foster an environment that promotes diversity and growth for student workers, staff, and guests.
  • Responsible for training all baristas and supervisors according to the Starbucks training manuals.
  • Lead a team of full-time and student employees.
