Responsible for driving and controlling application equipment for the purpose of applying agronomy products. Perform necessary upkeep, maintenance, and repairs of application equipment. Delivering agronomy products and seed products to farming operations. Assist with handling of agronomy products and operations of liquid and dry plant, including loading and unloading fertilizer at liquid. Monitor inventories of bulk tanks. Workers could drive tractors and operate designated towing machines (trucks, pick-ups not to exceed 26,000lbs) for operation if equipment such as fertilizer tanks, application toolbars, to fertilize crops. Move sprayers and drive pick-up trucks between worksites. Help with loading and unloading of grain products. Assist with the train loads. Aid with grain monitoring and maintaining grain quality. May operate stationary equipment. Operation of seed handling equipment, load seed tenders & delivery of seed. Soil collection, safely operate ATV, probe soil in producers fields, bag soil & deliver soil to CVA location. Service farm machinery, pump engines, trucks and trailers make in-field repairs. service/repairs include but is not limited to: fueling, changing filters, inspecting for wear and or failure, lubricating grease points, inspecting and maintaining fluid levels, tire air pressures, belt and conveyer chain tensions, radiator and filter function, and brake performance, removing and replacing tires, wheels, bearings, belts, wear parts, filters, brake shoes, wheel seals, suspension parts, lights and lenses and chain or chain links. Welding and metal fabrication to repair equipment or create equipment are also applicable. Assist with building field maintenance and repairs. All workers will be responsible for picking up trash, cleaning equipment, mowing grass, delivering, and receiving goods and supplies, sweeping floors and other farm sanitation duties. Workers may assist in handling products weighing up to 50 pounds and lifting to a height of 5 feet. Workers must obey all safety rules and basic instructions and be able to recognize, understand and comply with safety, pesticide warning/re-entry and other essential postings. Employer will instruct workers in the safety and operation of equipment before use. Workers must operate equipment in a manner that protects operators, visitors, other workers, products, trees, crops, and equipment. Must operate agricultural equipment safely, with or without direction. Use power equipment including but not limited to tractors of various horsepower, mowers, plows, ATV. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employers discretion.

Family housing not available. Housing will be clean and meet applicable Fed, State and local housing standards. Workers must maintain neat and clean housing. Repair cost of damage, other than normal wear and tear will be deducted from the earnings. Housing/utilities are provided at no cost to workers who are unable to return to their place of residence the same day. If both male and female workers are hired: separate toilet, bathing and sleeping rooms will be provided.

The employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities and space for food preparation, as well as the necessary equipment, appliances (including refrigeration),cooking accessories, and dish washing facilities (e.g., adequate sinks with hot and cold water under pressure) that are in working condition and will be used by workers to sufficiently prepare three (3) meals a day. Employer will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries and/or other incidentals.

Toyota an d Ford trucks, and a Dodge van as listed on the FLC with capacity for 2-7 each. Transportation will be provided at no cost to workers, from employer-provided housing and, if applicable, centralized pick-up points to the places of employment at the beginning of each workday and back at the end of each work day.
