Who We Are

We are Teledyne Energetics UK, part of the wider Teledyne UK group, who have been designing and developing solutions for the safety, arming, and initiation technology sector since 1984.

What you'll be involved in:

You will be accountable for the control of product documentation, ensuring all updates to product definitions, processes and guidelines are captured, updated and stored in compliance with aerospace standards.

You will need to work closely with engineering and production teams in this fast-moving environment focused on the design, development and manufacture of safety critical products.

Main areas you'll be responsible for and work in will include::

  • Working with the Engineering and Manufacturing teams to gather information for the development of product data packs

  • Checking and administration of Engineering Change Requests ensuring all documentation is updated and distributed

  • Maintenance of material master data in the site ERP system (training will be provided)

  • Administration of product BOM data and product routings.

  • Ensuring control and correct distribution of project documentation versions.

What we're looking for in you:

We're looking for you to have strong administration skills, ideally within an engineering/technical product environment, along with strong communication skills to allow for good interactions with the internal teams and customers.

Other skills and experience we're ideally looking for include:

  • Experienced in use of ERP / MRP software, preferably SAP.

  • Adaptable, with good attention to detail and quality mind-set.

  • Computer literate, using MS platforms such as Excel, Word, Outlook.

  • Ability to manage own time and workload.

Due to the nature of this role, you must be able to gain full UK Security clearance once in the business.
