Job Type: Part-time

Hours: 20-30hrs/wk, Monday-Friday between 9:00A.M. & 5:00P.M.

Pay: $15 - $19 per hour

Research Assistant Skills Required:

• Science or Health-related Background or Education
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent Reading Comprehension and Attention to Detail
• Typing Speed of 60 wpm
• Laboratory or Phlebotomy experience/education is a plus

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Stock, sort and organize office and lab supplies
• Sort and organize files
• Copy, print, fax documents
• Organize electronic files on computer
• Type and transcribe notes
• Answer phones
• Miscellaneous tasks to support staff and help patients

Physical Labor:

• Sitting for long periods of time
• Standing for long periods of time
• Lifting boxes of 20-30 lbs
• Climbing stairs 1-2 floors

Dress Code:

• Business Casual (jeans only on Fridays)
• Scrubs suggested

Must pass a background check with no prior record; drug-free facility and staff.

Must provide 2 references with professional backgrounds (ie. employed degree-holders).
