Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator

Job Description

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will operate various heavy machinery including skid loaders, excavators, rollers, and dozers. You will work on site utilities, building pads, and final grading for commercial projects, all within a 1-hour radius around Lima, OH. This position requires you to work the 1st shift and offers the opportunity to learn or use GPS controls.

Responsibilities

• Operate skid loaders, excavators, rollers, and dozers for commercial projects.

• Perform tasks such as digging utilities, building pads, and final grading.

• Learn and use GPS controls for equipment operation.

• Ensure all work is completed within a 1-hour radius around Lima, OH.

• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.

Essential Skills

• Experience with excavators, dozers, and skid steers.

• Proficiency in heavy equipment operation.

• Ability to perform tasks such as digging utilities, building pads, and final grading.

• Commercial project experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with GPS controls is helpful but not required.

• Possession of a CDL or willingness to obtain one in the future.
