• Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations to promote a positive professional image

• Work independently with attention to detail and possess the necessary knowledge of all aspects of daily operations

• Foster a caring environment that respects patient's dignity

• Perform comprehensive health assessments of residents, including vital signs, medical history, and current health status

• Deliver and evaluate all patient care provided

• Administer medications according to physician orders, ensuring accurate dosage and proper documentation

• Perform basic wound care and assist in the management of residents with chronic wounds

• Regularly measure and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiratory rate

• Respond promptly to abnormal vital signs and report changes to the registered nurse

• Remain flexible to work a variable schedule that includes early start times, late end times, weekends, and holidays

• Educate residents and their families on health conditions, medications, and preventive measures to promote overall well-being

• Be a model of professionalism and compassion by serving as an ambassador to this organization

JOB REQUIREMENTS FORLPN LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE:

• 1+ years of recent nursing experience required

• BLS issued through American Heart Association or American Red Cross

• Must be eligible to work in the United States

• LPN license in MO
