Description and Requirements
岗位描述：
- 系统管理与维护：
-负责SAP系统的日常运维工作，包括系统的安装、配置、变更、优化、升级和归档等。
-进行SAP系统的库日常维护，如用户管理、权限管理、变更发布等。
-监控SAP系统数据库的运行状态，及时发现并解决系统问题，确保系统的稳定运行。
- 技术支持与问题解决：
-为用户提供技术支持，解答关于SAP系统的各类问题。
-参与制定并执行系统故障应急预案，快速响应并处理系统突发事件。
-协助解决客户在SAP系统使用过程中遇到的技术难题。
- 项目参与与实施：
-参与SAP新系统上线过程中的系统规划设计、业务调研、硬件架构方案评估等工作。
-负责SAP系统相关模块的实施工作，包括需求分析、方案设计、系统配置、测试验收等。
-与客户保持良好的沟通，确保项目按时按质完成。
- 文档编写与培训：
-编写系统操作手册、维护手册等相关文档。
-对客户进行系统操作培训，提高客户的使用效率和满意度
岗位要求：
1、精通SAP系统的基本架构，精通SAP 系统安装、升级、迁移、归档、调优；
2、精通主流数据库管理， Oracle, HANA等；
3、精通主流操作系统管理， Linux, Windows；
4、10年以上SAP HANA/BASIS运维经验，2个以上大中型HANA相关项目经验，
5、本科及以上学历， 计算机或软件工程专业
6、良好的英语听说读写能力
7、对ITIL有深刻的理解
8、具备良好的团队协作精神、出色的客户服务意识和跨团队沟通能力
