Senior Manager/Operations Manager

KBR’s Defense Systems Engineering, Naval Solutions Division is proactively seeking a Senior Manager/Operations Manager in Patuxent River, MD, to support PMA-280, Tomahawk Weapons System (TWS) program office Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) (Contingent Upon Contract Award). Your work with PMA-280 supports the nation’s premier, all-weather, long-range, deep-strike offensive weapon against fixed and mobile targets and the Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System (TTWCS). This position requires candidates to be able to work on-site at Patuxent River Naval Air Station (NAS), MD.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Acts as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort. Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues. Oversees Contractor execution of the contract requirements. Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Certification: MA/MS degree and Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Clearance & Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen. Must have an active Secret Clearance

Experience: At least 10+ years of experience acting as the overall lead/manager/administrator for contract efforts. Must have at least four (4) years of professional experience in a NAVAIR PO.
