ManTech Scheduler & Earned Value Analyst in Lexington Park, Maryland

Currently, our Navy Aviation Division is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Scheduler / Earned Value Analyst to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD . This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Build/develop detail plans or refine Integrated Government Schedules (IGS) utilizing various project documentation and program/project team input

  • Review or evaluate project documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW), Integrated Master Plans (IMP), industry Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and identify information relevant to the integrated government schedule

  • Facilitate meetings in support of schedule processes, which include various program/project stakeholders

  • Status schedules on a routine basis utilizing various forms of communication (phone, email, in-person, MS Teams)

  • Identify, evaluate, and present critical/driving path tasks

  • Analyze schedule data related to programs, projects and/or processes using MS Project/MSP and MS Excel

  • Format and present schedule information and data using MS Project, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and OnePager Pro

  • Perform monthly and as-required EV Analysis of NAVAIR contracts and produce stoplight reports for program office executive leadership utilizing wInsight and other tools

  • Produce independent Government Estimates at Completion (EACs), Conduct Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), Conduct Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs)

  • Support NAVAIR program(s) or competency organization(s) throughout the project lifecycle providing schedule products

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and four (4) years of relevant work experience or Associates with seven (7) years of experience or High school diploma and nine (9) years of experience

  • Relevant work experience must include critical path scheduling AND Earned Value Management

  • Travel occasionally (10-15%) within the continental United States to support schedule processes

  • Must be able to report to customer site five (5) days per week. A hybrid schedule may be available once fully integrated into the team and dependent on the customers schedule

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Scheduling and Earned Value experience specific to NAVAIR/DoD is preferred

  • Experience utilizing wInsight is preferred

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen

  • Secret clearance is required to perform work on this contract

Physical Requirements:

  • Tasking requires working on a computer and operating other office equipment such as copy machine, computer printer, calculator. The person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on this equipment

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, customers, and management through email, phone, and other virtual communication methods (e.g. TEAMS)
