Synectic Solutions, Inc. (SSI) is seeking an Acquisition Specialist/Management Analyst to support our NAVAIR customer in Patuxent River, MD. The Analyst will be responsible for but not limited to the following requirements. The anticipated award date for this contract is November 2024.

Essential Job Duties:

• Support the development of program acquisition documentation.

• Acquisition Plans (AP)

• Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR)

• Justification and Approvals (J&A)

• Procurement Initiation Document (PID)

• Statement of Work (SOW)

• Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs)

• Acquisition Program Baseline Agreements (APBA).

• Work independently in the Procurement Management Tool (PMT) to initiate, generate, route and mange PIDS

• Must have experience with the full life cycle of PID management to include a firm understanding of Contract sections B-H, Purchase Requests, and PMT Records

• Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements

• Facilitate, attend, participate, analyze, provide input, develop, prepare and report on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards

  Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 3-10 years relevant experience with DoD acquisition processes, procedures and functions

• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Products, to include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  Security Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship required.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
