The Logistics Support Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the logistics and supply chain processes. You will be responsible for providing outstanding support to clients, utilizing your expertise in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and account management to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach will be key in solving logistical challenges and contributing to the company's growth and success. This is a temporary position for 1-3 months in the Lexington area.

salary: $18 - $21 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, concerns, and requests with a solution-oriented approach.

• Utilize CRM tools to monitor, analyze, and report on customer interactions and logistics performance, ensuring a seamless flow of information.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse, transportation, and sales, to ensure efficient operations and the timely delivery of goods.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication, updates, and follow-ups, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction, contributing to the overall efficiency of the logistics operations.

• Handle account management responsibilities, including contract renewals, billing inquiries, and negotiation of terms, ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals.

• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve service quality and operational efficiency.
