Big Ass Fans Customer Service Coordinator in Lexington, Kentucky

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will join a team that creates an unparalleled experience for our customers, ensuring we build a relationship as a trusted advisor in every interaction. This position is an integral part of our customer experience and provides live support through phone and email. Responsibilities
Ability to field a high volume of incoming phone calls and determine next steps.
Utilize CRM and ERP systems to process orders and returns.
Cross-check information for accuracy and request further information when necessary.
Identify issues in product shipments or compatibility issues, working cross-departmentally when needed to obtain answers.
Act as a liaison between various departments such as sales, accounting, planning, and logistics to ensure successful customer resolution.
Ability to learn product information and SKU formatting.
Track shipments as needed and relay findings internally and externally.
Requirements
BA or BS or equivalent experience
Superb professional communication skills
Highly motivated and able to exceed customer expectations in a fast-paced team environment
Achieve or exceed metrics in place for the specified role
Familiarity with cloud-based CRM (Salesforce preferred)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented to maintain accuracy within responsibilities
