In this role, you will leverage your skills to restore various architectural elements, including roofs, doors, and furniture, while also creating temporary partitions and constructing forms as needed. Your duties will involve the proficient use of both power and hand tools to carry out a range of carpentry tasks. These tasks will encompass painting both the interiors and exteriors of buildings, performing masonry work on essential structures such as foundations, walkways, and walls, as well as the installation and upkeep of plumbing fixtures and drainage systems.
Moreover, your responsibilities will include the installation of electrical circuits, wall receptacles, switches, and lighting fixtures, alongside conducting diagnostic tests and repairs on electrical systems and equipment. You will also engage in welding and brazing metals using arc and acetylene welding techniques, erecting steel for construction projects, and executing repairs on bridge structures. This will require you to build forms, finish concrete, and weld steel components, all while accurately interpreting blueprint plans to ensure precision and adherence to specifications. Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Schedule subject to change based on weather and seasonal requirements.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1; or Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.
Special Requirement: This position requires possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License.
