ASD Customer Care Representative II - 3026

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Reviews and determines final disposition of returns and allowances and labor claim requests. * Quotes prices for special doors and coordinates special product orders with plant personnel. * Maintains relationships with source plants and vendors for accurate pricing and applications. * Supports on-boarding of new customers. * Understanding of Returns and Allowances.

Qualifications * 2-4 years prior experience required, industry experience preferred. * High School Diploma or equivalent required.
