2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 1:00am, Monday - Thursday, OT as needed on Fridays

What will you be doing?

Process Technician -

· Develop and improve production process efficiencies for continuous improvement

· Program computer-controlled assemblies, soldering, and inspection equipment

· Create thermal profiles for soldering processes

· Research equipment and tooling needs for manufacturing. Work to reduce cost and scrap

· Use and create work instructions and manufacturing instructions

· Use equipment manuals to troubleshoot and resolves system equipment issues

· Assists Production Machine Operators in troubleshooting equipment problems successfully, work with leadership on training and process improvements

· Participates in continuous improvement activities

· Complies and follows all company safety policies and procedures

· Operates production equipment when production is short-staffed

· Be a mentor for production operators

· Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

· Working knowledge of productivity tools, examples may include Microsoft Office and quality management software

· Ability to use hand/power tools

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to be on your feet for a 10-hour shift
