Title : Physical Therapist, Lewiston - 72 Strawberry Ave

What You’ll Do:

• Provide physical therapy services to clients according to standards of practice outlined by the American Physical Therapy Association. Services may include screening, evaluation, direct service, consultation and/or instruction.

• Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team as a component of the comprehensive delivery of services to individuals, families, and significant others in the community.

• Develop, implement, coordinate, and revise a plan of care that incorporates goals consistent with the client’s age, condition, and needs.

• Implement client care plan activities based on treatment goals towards independent living for the client/family.

  What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor's, Master's and/or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current PT license in the State of Maine.

• Current CPR card required.

• 1-year Physical Therapy experience preferred, but not required.
