Our Lewiston office has a 36-40hr position available for a Pediatric Speech Therapist!

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION: To provide speech and language therapy services to clients according to standards of practice outlined by the American Speech and Hearing Association. Services may include screening, evaluation, direct service, consultation and/or instruction.

EDUCATION: M.S. degree in Speech and Language Therapy and Certification of Clinical Competency from a speech accredited institution as a Speech and Language Pathologist.

EXPERIENCE: One year clinical Speech Therapy experience preferred. Home health experience preferred.

LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATION: Current S.L.P. License in State of Maine. Current CPR Card.

OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a reliable automobile.

• Must have current Maine driver’s license.

• Independent malpractice insurance strongly advised.

• Evidence of automobile insurance.

• Must submit current license every two years to Human Resources Dept., on or before expiration date.

• Must re-train in CPR every two years.

• Must submit accurate time slips according to Organization protocol.
