Covenant Health CLINICAL NURSE COORDINATOR in Lewiston, Maine

The starting rate for this position is: $33.43 an hour.

The rate of pay displayed reflects the beginning of the pay scale. At the time of an offer, the determination of your offer will reflect your skills and experience as it relates to the position.

Summary

The Clinical Resource Nurse is a registered nurse responsible for promoting and maintaining

quality patient care through effective management of patient care services. They work in

coordination with the Nurse Director to implement and oversee the orientation of all staffing

positions within the department, development of annual competencies, oversee and report quality

improvement initiatives, maximization of patient care outcomes, manage fiscal responsibilities,

and oversee daily operations of the department.

Job Requirements

  • Current Maine RN license required.

  • Basic Life Support certification required.

  • Graduate of an approved Nursing program required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • ACLS, PALS required for Emergency Dept, ICU, OR, and Ambulatory Surgery

  • Basic Dysrhythmia preferred or obtained before completion of orientation.

  • Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training preferred or obtained before completion of

    orientation.
