Robert Half Call Center Representative - EXP in Lewisburg, Tennessee

Description We are in search of a Sales Assistant based in Lewisburg, Tennessee. The individual will be responsible for managing a large amount of incoming calls and generating sales leads. The role involves extensive interaction with customers, building sustainable relationships and trust through open communication. The successful candidate will be able to effectively manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and ensure resolution within a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a large amount of incoming calls efficiently and professionally.

• Generate sales leads and meet sales targets.

• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.

• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

• Engage customers by going the extra mile.

• Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and database management to handle office functions.

• Demonstrate excellent time management skills in managing customer accounts and handling inbound and outbound calls. Requirements • Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer accounts proficiently

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for inbound and outbound calls

• Previous experience in a sales assistant role or similar is desirable

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, specifically Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Knowledge of office functions and standard procedures

• Ability to provide workstation support and manage database efficiently

• Experience in training staff in sales methods and company procedures

• Familiarity with policy and claim administration in a sales context

• Ability to effectively manage time and meet sales targets

• Proficiency in handling invoices and referrals

• Previous experience in a call center environment is advantageous

• Knowledge about time management and specification is beneficial
