Job Title: Werkstudent (m/w/d) Infrastructure Engineering Administration, befristet 12 Monate

Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) unterstützt du unser Infrastructure Engineering & Sustainability Team und bringst Tatkraft in die Umsetzung unserer Projekte und unseres betrieblichen Vorschlagswesens. Deine Aufgaben umfassen sowohl die Bearbeitung von Vorschlägen als auch die Unterstützung bei administrativen Tätigkeiten. Du trägst maßgeblich dazu bei, dass unsere Prozesse reibungslos ablaufen und unser Vorschlagswesen-System optimal gepflegt wird!

Responsibilities Include:

Im Bereich des Vorschlagwesens:

• Du arbeitest Vorschläge auf und bearbeitest den Backlog, damit nichts liegen bleibt

• Du kümmerst dich um die allgemeine Dokumentation und Verwaltung, damit alle Unterlagen stets griffbereit sind

• Du unterstützt bei der Betreuung und Pflege unseres Vorschlagswesen-Systems, sodass es auf dem neuesten Stand ist

• Du hilfst bei der Abwicklung des Vorschlagswesen-Prozesses, um diesen effizient und reibungslos zu gestalten

  Im Bereich der allgemeinen Projektunterstützung:

• Du pflegst Projekt-Akten und -Dokumente, damit alles übersichtlich und gut organisiert ist

• Du unterstützt unseren Infrastructure Engineering & Sustainability Manager bei der Zusammenstellung von Daten und erstellst Präsentationen, Reports und Diagramme, die Informationen gekonnt abbilden

• Du legst Dokumente auf unserem Maintenance & Engineering SharePoint ab und verwaltest diese, damit sie jederzeit verfügbar sind

Qualifications:

Du bist erfolgreich in der Position, wenn du nachfolgende Qualifikationen erfüllst:

• Du bist eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bachelor- oder Masterstudiengang in einem der folgenden Fachrichtungen: Verfahrenstechnik, Chemietechnik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang

• Du hast gute Kenntnisse in MS Office 365 Tools wie Excel, Word und PowerPoint

• Du bist teamfähig und verfügst über gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten

• Du beherrschst die deutsche Sprache in Wort und Schrift sehr gut und bringst idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in Englisch mit
