DESCRIPTION DU RLE

Les principales responsabilits d'un directeur de grand compte comprennent la prospection, la qualification, la vente et la conclusion de nouvelles affaires sur un compte stratgique de SAP. Il comprend la stratgie et les enjeux de son client afin de batir avec une quipe de compte tendue une proposition de valeur adapt la transformation du client.

Il dveloppe la relation tous les niveaux de l'entreprise et met en place le plan stratgique commercial pour dvelopper le revenu sur le court, moyen et lon terme avec son client.

ATTENTES ET TCHES

Stratgies de vente

Dvelopper des plans de compte efficaces et spcifiques pour assurer la ralisation des objectifs de revenus (abonnement au cloud) et une croissance durable (Gnration de la demande, gestion du pipeline roulant et des opportunits via le CRM).

Conseiller de confiance

tablit des relations solides bases sur la connaissance des exigences des clients et l'engagement de valeur (valeur des conseils et de l'expertise, valeur des solutions, valeur de l'expertise de mise en uvre). Construit une base sur laquelle rcolter de futures opportunits commerciales, des informations de compte prcises et du coaching. Encouragez tous les comptes devenir des rfrences SAP tout en soutenant les vnements SAP sur le territoire.

Sens du client

Comprendre activement lempreinte technologique de chaque client, ses plans de croissance stratgique, sa stratgie technologique et son paysage concurrentiel. Examiner les informations publiques (par exemple, les nouvelles nominations de cadres, les dclarations de rsultats, les communiqus de presse) pour l'entreprise et ses concurrents afin de rester informs des tendances et des problmes cls du secteur ayant un impact sur le prospect.

Gestion dune quipe de compte (virtuel)

Dmontre des comptences de leadership dans l'orchestration d'quipes distance. Assurez-vous que les quipes de compte et les partenaires connaissent bien la stratgie de chaque compte et sont bien positionns pour tous les points de contact client et tous les vnements. Maximisez la valeur de toutes les organisations de soutien aux ventes. Orchestrez les ressources: dployez les quipes appropries pour excuter des ventes gagnantes. Crez OneSAP.

Tirez parti des solutions SAP

Matrisez et intgrez toutes les offres SAP vos activits de vente, y compris les solutions industrielles, les solutions LOB (CRM, SCM, HCM, SRM et al) et les solutions technologiques (Business Analytics, mobilit, base de donnes et technologie, et . Al). Comprendre la concurrence de SAP et positionner efficacement les solutions contre elles.

L'EXPRIENCE PROFESSIONNELLE

10 ans d'exprience dans la vente de logiciels d'entreprise / solutions informatiques complexes aux clients Enterprise (inclus clients life-science/pharma)

Exprience avre dans la vente de logiciels d'application mtier.

Exprience en tant que chef de file dans un environnement de vente d'quipe.

Succs avr avec de grandes transactions et de longues campagnes de vente dans un march au rythme rapide, consultatif et concurrentiel.

Langue locale: franais et anglais courants
